Kibbeh dough ingredients:- A kilogram of bulgur.
- Great onion.

How to prepare
Preparing the dough:- Chop the onions into chunks, then chop the meat into medium sized pieces.
- Soak bulgur with water for ten minutes, then strain.
- Place bulgur, onion, salt, meat, pepper, cumin, and oregano in the meat grinder with the soft blade fixed.
- Chop the mixture twice.
Preparing the filling:
- Put the oil in a thick base pot, and put the pot on the fire.
- Add the meat to the pan, and stir the mixture until the meat dries.
- Add the onions and stir the mixture until the onions are withered.
- Add salt, black pepper, cardamom, spice and cinnamon.

How to prepare
Preparing the kibbeh:- Soak bulgur with water for an hour.

- Mix the mixture for thirty seconds, then add the minced meat and stir the mixture for a minute.
- Transfer the meat to another bowl, then rub it well with the hand.
- Form the kibbeh in the form of equal sized tablets, then stuff it with meat.
Preparing the meat filling:
- Reduce the onion with vegetable oil until wither.
- Add minced meat to the onions, and stir well.
- Season the meat with salt and spice.
- Leave the minced meat on medium heat until the entire amount of water has evaporated.
Preparing milk:
- Mix the ingredients together.
- Place ingredients in a pot over a fire.
- Add the kibbeh kernels when the milk boils, then let the mixture to a boil for twenty minutes.

- Pour the milk kibbeh into the serving dish.
