How to make carob



The amounts of carob work

To prepare carob syrup, you must first prepare the following ingredients to prepare it: -

Half a cup of rose water

How to prepare carob syrup

- We put half a kilo of carob inside a saucepan, then we put half the amount of sugar, that is, "half a kilo" on top of it, then leave it on low heat, then stir them together until the color becomes dark.

Then add one and a half liters of water and then let it boil with the ingredients for a quarter of an hour until it is homogeneous with each other, then add the other half of the amount of sugar, i.e. half a kilo of the other, then leave it boiling well with each other and you can substitute the sugar with honey to sweeten the drink


- Then leave it for an hour until it cools, then filter the drink, then put half a cup of rose water to which it adds the delicious flavor, then fill it inside the glass jars, then leave it in the refrigerator until it cools

- Then pour it after it has cooled inside the cups, and its feet are cold, and you can add ice pieces to it


Another way to prepare carob:
The components of this method: -
One kilo of carob
- Two kilos of sugar
Four large lemons, large lemons
- Two grams of citric acid
- 3 liters of water
The second way to prepare carob : -

- We put a kilo of carob inside a saucepan, then we put half a kilo of sugar over it, then put it on a slow fire, then we flipped them together until their color became dark for a third of an hour


Then add three liters of water, then bring it to a boil with the ingredients for a period of three hours until it is homogeneous with each other.

- Then filter the drink, then add a kilo of sugar to the filtered carob, then put it on the fire for 10 minutes, then add the lemon salt and leave it boiling with the ingredients for two minutes

- Then leave it for an hour until it cools, then filter the syrup again, then fill it inside the glass jars, then leave it in the fridge until it cools, then pour it after it cools inside the cups and its feet are cold and you can add ice pieces to it
